Four steps.

1. We read what you sent. Within one business day.
2. We come back with questions, a view, or a proposed call.
3. If we go forward, we send a scope and a fee proposal in writing.
4. If we do not, we tell you — clearly, and with a recommendation of who to talk to instead.
